Public transportation

The Chamonix Mobilité urban transport network serves the entire Chamonix valley, from Servoz to Vallorcine.

To preserve the environment in which the Mont-Blanc Marathon races take place, and to make it easier for the public to get around, the Mont-Blanc Express train is free from Servoz to Vallorcine on presentation of the Guest Card. The Guest Card also entitles you to a discount on regular bus tickets.

Ask your accommodation provider for the Guest Card.

The organization, in partnership with the SNCF, is providing additional trains from Chamonix to Vallorcine and Saint-Gervais-les-Bains-Le Fayet for the duration of the event. These trains will enable spectators to return to their accommodation at the end of the competitions.

Every day during school holidays, enjoy a 40% discount on TER Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes trains from just 2 people traveling together (free for children under 12).
